Genderbands offers a variety of pins in bulk to meet all your needs. We can even customize them! All this at a rate lower than the standard store price!

Buying pins in bulk is a great way to save money and is perfect for conferences, events, or making sure your staff and customers feel welcome and affirmed.

REGULAR PINS
You tell us what pins you want and breakdown the quantity of each.
We email an invoice.
If it looks good, you pay the invoice online with a card. This is the preferred method but we can do other payment methods if you tell us before we send the invoice.
Once payment is received, we will begin production.
CUSTOM PINS
Tell us what pins you want and breakdown the quantity of each design. You provide us with the design (or give us directions on making it).
We email an invoice.
If it looks good, you pay the invoice online with a card. This is the preferred method but we can do other payment methods if you tell us before we send the invoice.
We will email you a digital image of your design for your approval.
Once payment is received and the design is approved, we will begin production.

HOW DO I ORDER BULK PINS?
By emailing orders@genderbands.org Please provide as many details as possible in your first email to ensure a quick and efficient response.
CAN I GET PRIDE PINS AND PRONOUN PINS?
Yes. Our Pride and Pronoun pins are both considered "regular pins" so you can mix them to reach your 200 minimum.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Yes. To get the bulk discount you must order at least 200 regular pins and/or 200 custom pins.
WHAT IF I WANT LESS THAN 200 PINS?
For regular pins quantities under 200, please purchase through the online store at the regular price. We do not offer custom pins for orders under 200.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER 200 OF EACH PIN?
No. The order minimum is 200 in total. You can mix and match any regular pins to reach that total. Or you can mix and match any custom pins to reach that total.
CAN I ORDER BOTH REGULAR AND CUSTOM PINS?
Yes. You would need to order a minimum of 200 regular pins and 200 custom pins. If you want less than 200 regular pins, you can order those from the online store and still purchase 200 or more custom pins through email.
ARE THERE EXTRA FEES FOR CUSTOM PINS?
Yes. There is a one-time custom setup fee of $20. If we make the design for you, depending on the complexity of the design, there may be a $20 design fee.
DO YOU OFFER NON-ENGLISH OPTIONS?
We are happy to make custom pins in whatever language you'd like as long as you provide the text. We can also add braille labels to pins (regular or custom). Please note that what we can fit is limited.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
Standard pin size is 1.5 inches. 1 inch and 2.25 inch pins are also available. Pricing is based on 1.5 inch pin size. If you want a different size please specify in your email.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY ORDER?
For most orders under 2,000 pins, we can have them shipped in a week or less. Custom may take a little longer. Shipping time varies on location but most US shipments take 3-6 days. For orders over 2,000 pins, estimated delivery will be discussed in email and be based on a number of factors.
I WANT TO ORDER PINS ON A REGULAR BASIS. DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT FOR THIS?
Sort of. For those needing pins regularly, for example to offer in your doctor office, we can do a contract rate where we agree to a rate no matter how many you order at a time. The rate will depend on a number of factors.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Anywhere! Just keep in mind shipping rates to some countries are high.
HOW DOES MY PURCHASE SUPPORT THE TRANSGENDER COMMUNITY?
20% of proceeds from every order goes directly into the Genderbands Transition Grant Fund. The remainder goes to our other services and keeping things running.
CAN I RE-SELL GENDERBANDS PINS?
Sort of. While our products are not intended for re-sale, we do occasionally provide pins to retail shops at a retail rate. If you intend to re-sell anything from Genderbands, you MUST notify us prior to ordering. Failure to do so will result in action against you and/or your business.
DO YOU OFFER NON-PROFIT DISCOUNTS?
No. But since we are a non-profit ourselves, we do not charge tax on any order.
WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY BULK OF ANOTHER STORE ITEM?
Email orders@genderbands.org with the item name, quantity wanted, and budget. We will do our best to accommodate.
