ABOUT US
We offer a variety of pins in bulk or wholesale to meet all your needs. We can even customize them! All this at a rate lower than the standard store price! We even offer additional discounted prices for nonprofit organizations.

Buying pins in bulk is a great way to save money and is perfect for conferences, events, or making sure your staff and customers feel welcome and affirmed.

REGULAR PINS

You tell us what pins you want and breakdown the quantity of each.

We email an invoice.

If it looks correct, you pay the invoice online with a card. This is the preferred method but we can do other payment methods if you tell us before we send the invoice.

Once payment is received, we will begin production. ​
CUSTOM PINS

Tell us what pins you want and breakdown the quantity of each design. You provide us with the design or give us directions on what you'd like.

The creation of complicated designs may require a small design fee.​

We email you proofs of each pin design for your approval.

Once the proofs are approved, we email an invoice.

If the invoice is correct and you have no further changes, you pay the invoice online with a card. This is the preferred method, but we can do other payment methods if you tell us before we send the invoice.

Once payment is received and the design is approved, we will begin production.

For larger custom orders we can offer split payment, but at least 50% of the full payment will be due before we begin production process.​​

HOW DO I ORDER BULK PINS?
By emailing orders @ quietmischief .com Please provide as many details as possible in your first email to ensure a quick and efficient response.
CAN I GET PRIDE PINS AND PRONOUN PINS?
Yes. Our Pride Flag pins and Pronoun pins are both considered "regular pins" so you can mix them to reach your 10 PIN minimum. If you do not see a particular flag pin listed in our shop, we can make that design for no additional fee.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Yes. To get the bulk discount you must order at least 10 regular pins and/or 10 custom pins. You may order less than 10 regular pins on our regular store page at full price. You may also order less than 10 custom pins, but not at a bulk discount.
WHAT IF I WANT LESS THAN 200 PINS?
For regular pin quantities under 10 total pins, please purchase through the online store at the regular price. Please email orders @ quietmischief .com see if we can accommodate your custom pin order of under 10 total pins.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER 10 OF THE SAME PIN?
No! Our bulk discounts start at 10 pins total. There may be an additional fee if you want custom pins in fewer than 10 pins per design.
CAN I ORDER BOTH REGULAR AND CUSTOM PINS?
Yes. You would need to order a minimum of 10 regular pins or 10 custom pins. If you want less than 10 regular pins, you can order those from the online store and still purchase 10 or more custom pins through email. Please note that if you want less than 10 custom pins per design there may be an additional fee.
ARE THERE EXTRA FEES FOR CUSTOM PINS?
Yes. If we make the design for you, depending on the complexity of the design, there may be a $10 design fee per design. There may be an additional fee if you want fewer than 10 pins per design.
DO YOU OFFER NON-ENGLISH OPTIONS?
We do offer some Spanish language pins as part of our regular pin offerings. We are happy to make custom pins in whatever language you'd like as long as you provide the text. Please note that what we can fit on a single pin is limited.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
Currently we are able to offer 1.5 inch diameter pins in any quantity, and small orders of 1 inch diameter pins (orders less than 1,000 total pins). We are working to get 2.25 inch pins in the future.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY ORDER?
For most orders of regular pins under 2,000 total pins, we can have them shipped in a week or less. Peak order months (usually May-July) may delay shipping times, so please plan accordingly, especially if you want your pins in time for Pride events! Custom orders may take a little longer than regular orders, so please email orders @ quietmischief .com for a shipping estimate! Shipping time varies on destination but most US shipments take 3-6 days. For orders over 2,000 pins, please email for an estimated delivery time.
I WANT TO ORDER PINS ON A REGULAR BASIS. DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT FOR THIS?
For those needing pins regularly we can work out a contracted rate where we agree to a specific pin price no matter how many you order at a time. The rate will depend on a number of factors. Please email us to work out the details!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Anywhere! Just keep in mind we are based in the US, and shipping rates to some countries are high.
DO YOU OFFER NON-PROFIT DISCOUNTS?
Yes! Nonprofit organizations (501c3 or L3C) qualify for a special bulk discount.
WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY BULK OF ANOTHER STORE ITEM?
