WHO DO YOU HELP?
Our services are available to anyone on the transgender and non-binary spectrum. This includes those who identify as non-binary, bigender, agender, genderfluid, genderqueer, etc. Basically, if you aren't cis you can use our services.
HOW DO I GET HELP WITH MY TRANSITION COSTS?
Apply for a Transition Grant using our online application. Applications are open October 1 to November 30 every year.
WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?
Grants and binders are available to those living in Canada, the United States, US Territories, and Mexico. Other resources are open to all locations.
HOW DO YOU RAISE MONEY FOR TRANSITION GRANTS?
We fundraise through sales of our products, partnerships, and solicitation of donations.
HOW DO I GET A FREE BINDER?
Genderbands will periodically host Binder giveaways that are open to ANYONE IN THE WORLD on the trans/non-binary spectrum. Specific rules will be posted for each giveaway, keep an eye on our social media pages for more information! . We have a giveaway live NOW until the end of April 2023 - win via livestreams or sharing our binder giveaway post on facebook, instagram, or tiktok! Binders can still be acquired by locals by coming to our office in Orem, Utah. Set up an appointment: info@genderbands.org We will also be bringing a limited number of binders with us to Pride events. Find our booth to inquire about what sizes we have! For the time being, we will not be re-opening our binder program for new applications. Currently Genderbands does not have the resources to continue our binder program. We hope to open this program again in the future! We will still be shipping out binders to those who previously applied, don’t worry!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR STORE ITEMS?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange for a different size. We can only replace damaged items or items that are a different size from the one you ordered.
WHAT DOES THE PACKAGING LOOK LIKE?
Our packages are plain gray or purple mailing bags. There is a return address WITHOUT our name.
I DON'T HAVE MUCH MONEY. HOW CAN I HELP BESIDES DONATING?
There are lots of ways you can help! ++ Like/Follow our social media pages ++ Like/Comment/Share our social media posts and information. We advertise through word of mouth so even liking a post helps a ton! ++ Volunteer - We are a primarily volunteer run organization and it takes a lot of work. There are some volunteer positions available that can be done remotely so you don't have to be local. ++ Hold a fundraiser on behalf of Genderbands

Utah Trans Pride is held mid-August every year in Utah county, Utah.

Utah Trans Pride is a transgender pride festival started by Genderbands in 2019. It's a trans-centered event that spotlights amazing, diverse gender community.
